By using alphabovine.com, creating an account, connecting an alert channel, or subscribing to the Sunday Prime Cuts delivery, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed — there is nothing hidden in them.

No financial advice

Everything published by AlphaBovine — the site, the Sunday delivery, social posts, charts, alerts, and any analysis — is educational and entertainment content only. It is not investment, financial, tax, or trading advice, and it is not tailored to your personal financial situation. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including our own published record, does not predict future results. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Alerts are the same thing in a faster wrapper. An alert about a ticker on your watchlist means a pattern we grade for appeared on a chart — it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything, and the fact that you chose the ticker does not make the alert personal advice.

The people behind AlphaBovine trade their own accounts and may hold positions in securities we publish about, before or after we publish. The graded record on the performance page is exactly what it says: how the published calls resolved, measured after the fact, not a statement of anyone's returns.

Accounts

Accounts are free. Sign-in is by password or by a one-time email link, so keep access to your inbox — anyone who can read it can reset your password or sign in as you. One account per person; do not share logins. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to create one.

The free tier has limits — on watchlist size and saved setups — and they exist so the service stays free for everyone. They may change. The free tier is offered as-is: features, limits, and the service itself may change or end, and we will try to give notice when they do.

You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account page, which removes your watchlist, channel settings, saved setups and alert history with it. We may suspend or remove an account that abuses the service — automated sign-ups, scraping, attempts to overload or probe the system, or using an alert channel to relay our content somewhere it was not meant to go.

Alerts and channels

Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis from end-of-session data. They are not real-time, they can arrive late, and on a given night they can fail to arrive at all — a provider outage, a rate limit, a fault on our side. Do not build a plan that depends on receiving one. We are not liable for a missed, delayed, or duplicated alert.

Connecting Discord or Telegram means using those services under their own terms. By pasting a Discord webhook URL you confirm you are allowed to post to that channel and you accept that everyone in it will see the tickers you watch. A channel that keeps failing may be switched off automatically; you can switch it back on from your account page.

Data and third-party content

Prices, volumes, filings, and other market data come from third-party sources and can be wrong, delayed, or missing. We grade what the data shows; we do not warrant the data. Charts and panels on signed-in pages are provided by TradingView under their terms, and their attribution stays on the widget.

Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links on the site and in the Sunday delivery are affiliate links, routed through alphabovine.com/go/. If you sign up for a product through one of them, AlphaBovine may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only feature tools we actually use, and commissions never influence which setups we publish.

Using our content

The site, the delivery, and the alerts are for your personal, non-commercial use. Share links freely and quote us with attribution. Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or its data, do not redistribute or resell alerts or issues, and do not use automated access beyond what a browser does on its own. The wordmark "AlphaBovine", the Sunday Prime Cuts name, and the visual brand are reserved. Do not attempt to compromise the service or anyone else's account.

No warranty

Content and service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaBovine and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of the site, the delivery, the alerts, or any content, or from your inability to use them.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, delete your account and unsubscribe.
